Replacement or Refund Eligibility

You may be eligible for a replacement or refund if :

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • The wrong item was delivered.
  • The product appears spoiled or unfit for consumption upon delivery.


Reporting an Issue

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, customers must:

  • Report the issue within 24 hours of receiving the order.
  • Provide clear photos or videos showing the issue.
  • Share the order details for verification.

Claims reported after 24 hours of delivery may not be eligible for review.

Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

Due to the perishable nature of food products, we do not accept returns or provide refunds for:

  • Opened or partially consumed products.
  • Personal taste preferences.
  • Products improperly stored after delivery.
  • Damage caused by customer mishandling.
  • Order Cancellation
  • Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch.
  • Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
  • Refund Processing
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during purchase.
  • Processing times may vary depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
